Gregg is passionate about helping individuals and businesses to flourish. He built his own career starting in banking as a part-time teller, rising to State General Manager. He is regarded as an excellent people coach and mentor, frequently sought out for his expertise in those areas. He is also known for developing, leading and executing global best practice customer experience initiatives.
In his previous role, Gregg was a member of the National NAB Retail Leadership Team, the Business Banking National Leadership Team and Chair of the SA/NT State Leadership Council. While a member of the National NAB Retail Risk Management Forum, he was also Sponsor of the Northern Territory and Northern WA Local Leadership Council, Chair of the Retail Crisis Management Team and Sponsor of Digitisation for Retail's National Sales and Service Strategy. He led the work reviewing NAB’s banking policy covering indigenous and remote communities.
Always focussed on continuous improvement, Gregg has recently finished a Master of Business to further enhance his skill set. Completed over two years, the full-time course was balanced between his demanding role, supporting his wife’s career, and family time. It endowed him with a holistic perspective of the business world through the prism of which he could consider different problem-solving techniques and gain a deeper understanding of the global business environment.
Gregg is currently studying a Diploma of Career Transition and Executive Coaching through the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches.
He is a husband, father of four, has coached AFL at adult and junior levels and coaches junior football and Auskick.

As a Barkindji and Wemba Wemba woman, Madeleine is passionate about changing the narrative on indigenous leadership in corporate Australia.
Madeleine was ranked in Women’s Agenda Top 10 Women to Watch in banking and finance.
She has lived and worked across Australia, including WA, SA, NSW, VIC & Tas.
An experienced Regional Manager with a commendable track record of working in the banking industry, Madeleine is skilled in banking, credit risk, management, payments, and business strategy. She is a strong professional with a certificate in Executive Leadership & Management and a post graduate Diploma focused on Agricultural Economics, University of New England (AU).
Indigenous Mentoring and Sport Career Coaching and Mentoring
After professional football, including two appearances for the Socceroos and being the first indigenous goal scorer for Australia, Travis spent time in banking and finance. He is now a broker specialising in residential, commercial and asset finance lending with BFD Finance, a company established to offer financial services with transparency and integrity for health professionals.
Customer satisfaction is central to everything Travis does, ensuring that the lending journey is a smooth process whether you are a first home buyer, a seasoned investor or you are purchasing commercial property.
A proud Ngarrindjeri Narrunga Kaurna indigenous Australian, he is passionate about empowering young indigenous students with the opportunity and skills to achieve their goals and to become role models within their communities. He is currently a mentor with the South Australian Aboriginal Sports Training Association.
A former professional footballer, Travis played in the A-League for Adelaide United and Perth Glory. His NSL clubs were Adelaide City, Newcastle United and Parramatta Power. He also briefly spent time playing in Greece and Malaysia. Travis is most enthusiastic about helping elite athletes to transition from professional sport to a fulfilling career. He is currently head coach of Croydon FC.
